Sample mood board...

I have here a sample of my mood board not sure if its done properly this is my 1st attempt at a blog and adding content, lol, my 1st attempt at anything, lol, but hopefully its done properly if not the classes critique is more than welcomed...

Monday May 21st Field trip Hollis Brand Culture Don Hollis This evening was to a Graphic / Interior Design studio / Art Gallery in the Little Italy District with about 20 some years in existence throughout San Diego. HBC is a quaint  3 level gallery that has also hosted many Art shows and has had the good fortune of showcasing hundreds of artists in their gallery, The 1st level is where the host their client meetings but also doubles as the art gallery, the 2nd level is where the Production Manager and Graphic Designers are located  with the 3rd level being Dons area as well as several Interior designers, being directly under the flight path could be noisy at times but they all said they are used to it now, lol, its a very confined quarters on each level but sure makes for a fun environment.

Wednesday 3/21 Salk Institute Max Escobedo This evenings field trip was a trip to the Jonas Salk Institute, Jonas Salk being the Scientist who was responsible for the cure of polio, this evening we would be meeting Max Escobedo (Senior Designer/Art Director). Max was very informative we were there on the day of the Equinox which from inside the complex of Salk Institute directly in front of the a man made river called the River of Life showed an amazing sunset worthy of numerous pictures and ahs from the people and students attending the evening showcase. Max informed us that the entire complex we were standing on with entirely donated by the city of San Diego for all the vast research and cure for Jonas Salks cure for Polio which at that time the Mayor of San Diego was a survivor of so as a thank you the gift of the land was given. the entire walkways were constructed of Travertine. throughout the complex it void of signage, that was purposely d...
